Home Description Situated in a quiet location in the upmarket resort of Bitez.Villa Silver offers 4 bedrooms 1 living room and Private pool, sleep to 8-10 people. Villa Levent is a private residence built to a very high standard, it features all the modern home comforts you could wish for. Newly built triplex villa has a private swimming pool (10m x 5m) and 4000 m square garden, large terraces, within a short walk to the beach (300 m) which offers a selection of restaurants, bars-cafes, shops and sandy beach.
The ground floor at pool and garden level comprises of 1 twin bedroom, spacious lounge with canape, shower/wc. The middle floor is a large dinning and living area (cd-dvd-vcd player, satelite tv) with double patio doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the pool & garden, a WC, American kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer. The upper floor has 3 further bedrooms (2 twin-1 double) with en-suite large shower/wc.
If you can tear yourself away from the your peaceful and luxurious surroundings the resort of Bitez has plenty to offerr. The bustling town of Bodrum (5 km) is only a 10 minute easy drive from the villa. And you can try a boat trip,Water sports at Bitez beach and some excursions to make your stay really worhtwile. This is a non-smoking villa and no pets .
